A: Our jackets (including Shirt Collar Jackets and Workwear Jackets) feature durable fabrics like water-resistant polyester, insulated down-alternative, and cotton-blend twill—ideal for US and Canadian climates. Sweatshirts and Hoodies are crafted from soft, breathable 100% cotton or cotton-spandex blends for all-day comfort. For Kids' Sweatshirts, we use safe, non-irritating fabrics that are soft, breathable and hypoallergenic. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Size & Fit Questions
Q: Do you offer size exchanges if the Shirt Collar Jacket, Hoodie, Workwear Jacket, Sweatshirt or Kids' Sweatshirt doesn’t fit right?
A: If we sent the wrong size or an incorrect item (regardless of product type), we can arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund & Return Policy). If the size you ordered doesn’t fit as expected—whether it’s a jacket, sweatshirt, hoodie or kids' style—please request a return within 30 days and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
Q: How long does shipping take to the US and Canada for Shirt Collar Jackets, Hoodies, Workwear Jackets, Sweatshirts and Kids' Sweatshirts?
A: Shipping time is consistent across all our apparel products. US orders: 3–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express). Canadian orders: 4–7 business days (standard) or 2–3 business days (express). Remote areas may require additional time.
Q: Can I track my order of Shirt Collar Jackets, Hoodies, Workwear Jackets, Sweatshirts or Kids' Sweatshirts?
A: Yes! Once your order (no matter which product you purchased) ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status through our shipping partners (USPS, Canada Post).

A: We aim to work with manufacturing partners that follow fair labor practices for all our products, including jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies and kids' styles. We are gradually increasing the use of more sustainable materials, such as organic cotton in sweatshirts, hoodies and Kids' Sweatshirts, and recycled polyester in selected Shirt Collar Jackets and Workwear Jackets.
