Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and procedures for customers in the United States and Canada, aiming to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, all items must comply with the following requirements:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by your shipping tracking number.
  • Products must be in their original condition, free from stains, odors, alterations, or any signs of use.
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page), including clearance or promotional products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or phone at (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Eastern Time). Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Items: Securely pack the item(s) in a shipping box, preferably the original packaging. Clearly print the RA Number on the outside of the box and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the return package to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 4 for details).
  4. Track Your Shipment: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number. We are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.

3. Refund Rules & Processing

  • Inspection and Verification: Once we receive and inspect your returned items (usually within 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify their eligibility for a refund.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Refunds cover only the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 5).
  • Shipping Cost Refund: Original shipping costs (for standard or express delivery) are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong size shipped, defective product).
  • Canadian Customs Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier at the time of delivery are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government and are not collected or retained by our brand, so they are excluded from all refund amounts.
  • Exchange Requests: Direct exchanges are not available for change-of-mind or sizing preference returns. If the ordered size or style is not suitable, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. For incorrect items shipped by us, refer to Section 4—we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your items arrive defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken accessories, torn fabric, printing errors), damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong size, style, or color):
  • Contact our support team within 30 days and provide photos of the item and its packaging.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs. You may choose between a full refund, a replacement (if in stock), or store credit.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price will be charged in the following scenarios:
  • Items returned without a valid RA Number.
  • Returns accepted outside the standard 30-day window, at our discretion.
  • Items with missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of minor use (assessed at our discretion).

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized/Custom-Made Items: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.
  • Improper Care Damage: Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for returns.
